We are based in Ocean County, New Jersey, and generally travel within a two-hour radius. If your event is farther, feel free to reach out! We charge a $4/mile travel fee for locations beyond 30 miles, covering fuel, tolls, and extra travel time.
Yes! We carry general liability and liquor liability insurance, and we can provide proof of coverage to your venue upon request.
For permits, it’s the client’s responsibility to secure any necessary approvals. Typically, private property events do not require permits, but we recommend checking with your local municipality or police department.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due one week before the event. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 30 days of your event, unless we can book another event for that date.
We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling due to inclement weather. However, the client is responsible for providing tents or covered areas if needed. Koktail Mobile Bar does not supply tents or additional weather protection.

Absolutely. If you’re looking for a simpler setup, we offer beer and wine-only service as a standalone package.
We operate as a dry hire mobile bar, meaning the client provides the alcohol. We guide you with a detailed shopping list to make it easy.
